All guide section and support angle mounting holes are uniform throughout every door ensuring future repairs can be carried out quickly and efficiently.
The S77 door sections are roll-formed insulated sections eliminating the need for pre-assembly in your workshop coming in manageable sections of 6-10 slat profiles depending on door size and your requirements.

The S77 Steel Shutter Has Been Independently Certified To Withstand Class 2 Wind Loading And Thermally Assessed U Value Standard.of 1.45 Kelvins Through The Door Section Giving 5 W/M.sq.K

Standard Colour Range

S77 profile has a zinc protective coating applied before the enamel coated finish is applied. The zinc coating ensure that the cut ends of the steel slat will not show any signs of corrosion during standard operational circumstances.

Shutter Mounting Kit

The S77 Shutter kit comprises of 400mm x 400mm x 5mm galvanised head plates pre-drilled to accept all relevant bearing carriers and motor mounting brackets. Support angles are 75mm x 50mm x 3mm pre-drilled flag-post type support angles allowing the head plates to be bolted directly to the support angles.

Motor & Controls

Pre-wired 3 phase direct drive operator package with inbuilt anti-fall back device supplied as standard with low voltage controls at low level. Additional control cards are available to extend the operational features of the controller. All operators come complete with low level over-ride haul chain engagement The standard door operation is hold to run in the close position.

S77 Insulated Steel Shutter Motor

Curtain Sections

Unlike conventional insulated steel shutters which comprise of two low grade roll-formed sections with poorly fitting polystyrene in-fill, the S77 is a double skin profile with injected polyurethane centre core which totally fills the slat section. The S77 section also has a short throw reinforced quirk section which interlocks each profile to form a continuous door curtain. Heavy duty slat end-caps are used to ensure that the curtain always runs smooth and square in the guide section. A 20mm deep base seal ensures that the S77 is always sealed when fully closed eliminating draughts and debris from passing under the closed door.
