Roller Shutter Doors SHUTTER CURTAIN 75mm concave section galvanised steel interlocking lath in suitable gauge to suit opening size. Manufactured incorporating a weatherproof feature and designed to give maximum strength. BOTTOM RAILS Manufactured in galvanised steel inverted 'T section profiles to add further strength to shutter curtain. END LOCKS Securely riveted to laths which prevent lateral movement of curtain and ensure smooth running to guides. Wind guides on doors over 4.5 metres are fitted as standard. ROLLER BRACKETS (PLATES) Supports the shutter and can be adapted to suit different fixing requirements. Manufactured from heavy duty steel complete with fixing angles. Hoods can be fitted to these brckets if required. ROLLER OPERATING GEAR Mild steel barrel section with reduction gear unit, chain operated. SECURITY The chain operation can be locked to the guide with client's padlock. HAND OPERATION Doors up to 8 sq.m. are provided with operating pole and shoot bolts at each end of bottom rail for clients' padlock. ELECTRICAL OPERATION With suitable 415 Volt 3 Ph motor, mounted on roller brack-ey including limit switches and provision for emergency hand operation. UP, DOWN and STOP buttons are provided.
