CONSTRUCTION AND QUALITY FEATURES
Insulated Sectional Overhead Door with thermal insulation factor exceeding building regulation requirements. (Maximum size 6500 wide x 5500 high).

PANELS
Heavy gauge galvanised steel slightly ribbed to provide exceptional strength and attractive appearance. Patented interlocking profiled edges with inset rubber seals and stainless steel hinges provide fully weathered panel to panel joints. Panels are pre finished in off-white polyester resin paint. Panels can be factory coated to any B.S. 4800 range colour (light colours recommended).

U VALUES
(A) For panel through basic thickness. U VALUE = 0.47 w/m 2°C (0.40 Kcal/m2°C). (B) For a complete door (without windows) fitted to a structured opening size 4000 x 4000. U VALUE = 0.50 w/m 2°C (0.403 Kcal/m2°C).

WEATHER SEALS
Flexible rubber seals are provided at the head, bottom and sides of the door, to give a complete weather seal.

GUIDE TRACKS
Galvanised rolled steel section horizontal and vertical tracks. For ease of fixing, vertical tracks are supplied mounted on pre-drilled side angles

PULL HANDLE
Flush fitted into panel face.

LOCKING
Internal lateral shoot bolt with quick release toggle and provision for clients padlock.

OPERATION
(A) Push-up (with pull down cord); (B) Hand Chain; (C) Electrical operation by standard single or three phase synchronous motor complete with UP, DOWN and STOP control box, limit switch, overload protection and quick release facility for easy conversion to emergency manual operation. Customer to provide isolator and all site wiring.
