Folding Shutter Doors
FACING SHEETS (LEAF)
Constructed from 230mm wide galvanised heavy gauge steel with reinforcing
ribs. 305mm and 152mm widths available on special request, Plastics
coating also available. As standard draught brushes are fitted to
the bottom of the door.
HINGE STRIPS
Heavy gauge section formed to fit the facing leaves, giving easy movement by hand operation.
LATTICE BARS
Connects the vertical pickets in a 'lazy tongue' principal and operates an even
opening of picket.
TOP TRACK
Constructed from galvanised steel cold rolled section complete with
factory grease packed double roller bearings, suitable brackets
and adjustable packings.

BOTTOM TRACK
Galvanised extra heavy gauge multi-profile formed section steel. The groove to accept bottom track should be a minimum 150mm x 75mm to be prepared and made good by builder.
SLAMMING SECTION
Constructed in galvanised heavy gauge steel.
SOFFIT AND SOFT PANELS
Galvanised sheet steel soffit, bracketed from the top track, blanks off
space between door and top track. Standard side panels are provided
if required.
FITTINGS
Tough pull handles are fitted to each side of door and padlock fit-tings for clients' padlock.
ELECTRICAL OPERATION
With suitable 415V 3PH Motor, mounted on top track, driving door by chain
operation. In emergency, doors may be manually opened. OPEN, CLOSE and
STOP positions on starter, Customers to provide isolator and all site
wiring.
